Leroy has worked in seafood since 1992, with an international track record that includes 50 Carrefour supermarkets and more than 150 other stores across the Middle East. Along the way we gained experience buying seafood across five continents. Those years now shape how we serve kitchens, retail partners and home cooks Australia-wide.
