- your ABN, for trade account applications
- details of the products, quantities and deliveries you ask about or order

- Form delivery: website form submissions are passed to our email inbox by a form-handling service (FormSubmit).
- Online ordering: approved trade accounts are set up on Fresho, the platform we use for ordering.
- Delivery and freight: couriers receive the delivery details they need to get your order to you.
- Accounting: our accounting software and advisers, for invoicing and record keeping.
Some of these providers may store information outside Australia. We choose providers that take reasonable steps to protect it.
This website
This website doesn't use advertising or tracking cookies. Fonts are served from this website, so your browser doesn't connect to a font provider when you visit. Links to Instagram, Google Maps and Fresho take you to those services, which have their own privacy policies.
Keeping it safe
We take reasonable steps to protect your information from misuse, loss and unauthorised access, and we delete or de-identify it when we no longer need it.
Access, correction and complaints
You can ask to see or correct the personal information we hold about you, or ask us to stop contacting you, at any time. If you have a concern about how we've handled your information, contact us first and we'll respond within 30 days.
